Job Description:
We are looking for an Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with WebLogic to join our team. The DBA will be responsible for system analysis, design, database development, and implementation based on business needs. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, full lifecycle development of server and client software, unit testing, documentation, interpreting project requirements, and implementing databases according to client specifications.
The DBA should be able to communicate effectively with various technical personnel and web portal users.
- Participate in client/project meetings for complex project definition, needs assessment, and design review. Evaluate user needs and provide technical expertise for specifications.
- Determine appropriate data storage and organize data efficiently.
- Create, document, and implement standards and complex models to monitor and improve database capacity and performance. Develop complex programs and logical processes.
- Perform analyses and review applications before release into production.
- Develop and oversee test applications to ensure software quality and adherence to build practices.
- Stay informed of new technologies and assess their relevance.
- Prepare recommendations and presentations for supervisors.
- Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced staff.

Your Profile:
- Experience maintaining distributed Oracle Database Systems.
- Comprehensive experience with Oracle implementation.
- At least three years supporting Oracle databases.
