PPA an Acuity Knowledge Partners Company

Acuity Knowledge Partners (Acuity) is a leading provider of bespoke research, analytics, and technology solutions to the financial services sector, including asset managers, corporate and investment banks, private equity and venture capital firms, hedge funds, and consulting firms.

We are headquartered in London and operate from 16 locations worldwide.

Acuity was spun off from Moody's Corporation as an independent company in 2019, following its acquisition by private equity firm Equistone Partners Europe. In January 2023, funds advised by Permira acquired a majority stake, while Equistone remained a minority shareholder.

Within Acuity, PPA Gesellschaft für Bilanzanalyse und Benchmarks is the first delivery and sales office on the European mainland, with a 25-year history in Germany and Switzerland. We focus on sales activities in the DACH region and beyond, emphasizing the digitalization of data from various company reports.
