Job Summary
Financial Controller - 2 year Maternity Cover
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Works closely with Divisional HR Director, Business Unit Local team (HR/Finance) to coordinate and consolidate hiring plan, forecast and budget for HCs/FTEs and employment cost
- Coordinate with Divisional/Group HR the monthly HC / FTE reporting, including variance analysis and provide insights
- Supports BU Finance and Comply Controlling in preparing the end to end Divisional FTE/HC/employment cost forecast
- Supports Divisional Resource Committee with data organization and coordination
- Maintains and optimizes the central FTE/HCs/Avg. Cost data for reporting and forecasting ensuring constant monitoring using key figures
- Further development of the existing processes in close collaboration with Divisional HR/Controlling and Group HR
- Handle ad hoc tasks and requests that arise
What we need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling or Dual Studies and relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial data accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with of MS Office / Excel and Reporting systems, advantage is Anaplan, MyJ
