Our IT specialist applications department (Team APP) takes care of outstanding and continuously optimized project and process management as an internal service for and with all our nursing services. We support the leading nursing software systems Medifox and Connext Vivendi as well as many other applications in the context of DF-wide digitalization. What sets our department apart is that we are interdisciplinary with a strong focus on nursing care and have former QMB & PDLs as well as former application managers or technicians on board.

We also love care - your primary focus is on the Connext Vivendi software, especially on the PD care documentation module, with the aim of further advancing digitization on the one hand and providing the best possible support and assistance to care services within the scope of possible uses on the other.

Your Tasks:

1. Implementation and support in the context of digital documentation
2. Support and solutions for everyday use of the care software
3. Providing training/briefings and creating handouts
4. On-site visits to our care services for specific needs
5. Concrete knowledge of Connext Vivendi - not required

Your Profile:

1. Experience in the use of care software solutions, e.g. as an application manager in the area of care software or similar
2. Further training as a quality management representative not required
3. Enjoy communication including problem recognition and problem solving
4. Willingness to travel approx. 1-3 days per week
5. Ability to work in a team and openness in a virtual team
