We're on a mission to enable industrial companies to establish real-time autonomous decision making in their planning and scheduling processes. While the amount of available data is growing in industrial companies, it is rarely used to its full potential. Our software has the capability to transform the scheduling and planning processes, especially in production sites worldwide.

We work with some of the largest industrial companies in the process industry, such as BASF and Sun Chemical. With our recent strong funding round (€4.5 million), it is time to expand our technical core team to meet upcoming scaling challenges.

About the role

Senior Full Stack Developers are crucial to advancing our software. Reporting to our experienced Engineering Lead (Application), you will collaborate closely with Optimization & AI Developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and mature our software for enterprise readiness
• Write clean, tested, documented code using NestJS, React (TypeScript), and PostgreSQL
• Develop tests with Cypress and Jest
• Design and implement architecture for applications and infrastructure
• Integrate with third-party systems via APIs
• Identify and address technical debt

Required Skills

• Experience with long-term product development
• Ability to make informed technical decisions regarding frameworks, patterns, and languages
• Strong coding skills in React, Node.js, or similar
• Experience leading projects or major feature developments
• Ability to engage in constructive discussions to achieve elegant, simple solutions with colleagues

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating AI systems (e.g., chat, recommendations)
• Knowledge of GraphQL (Hasura) or other ORM solutions
• Experience with Cypress
• Background in event sourcing for complex workflows
• DevOps/Cloud expertise to improve internal productivity

Compensation

Up to €90,000 annually plus significant stock options. Benefits include a Deutschland Ticket for public transport and a Wellpass (eGym) membership for €10/month.

Remote Work Policy

Currently, the team meets in the office three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday). This may evolve based on team feedback and collaboration needs.
