IT System and Network Administrator (f / m / d)

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable IT education
• Several years of practical experience in the IT environment with a focus on network security and operations
• Sound knowledge of LAN and WAN infrastructures
• Good knowledge of products from at least one of the following manufacturers: HPE / Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco or similar
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working and determination
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of German (at least level C2)

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and operation: Configuration, implementation and maintenance of firewall systems and WAN / LAN components
• Network analysis and support: Supporting the technical department in the network area, carrying out network analyses and troubleshooting
• System configuration: Adaptation and optimization of system configurations according to requirements
• Interface function: Support for user support in processing complex incidents and service issues
