Your Role in Our Team

• Ensuring system availability and timely, quality order processing
• Continuous system monitoring, especially of material and system flow, and picking performance
• Proactively troubleshooting issues and coordinating with the WITRON Helpdesk if needed
• Monitoring key figures, reporting, and analyzing processes and errors for system optimization
• Serving as the first point of contact for IT, inventory, and material flow questions

Ideal Candidate

• Completed training, e.g., as an IT specialist for system integration or IT electronics technician (m/f/d)
• Or a technical qualification with experience in IT
• Solid experience with Windows operating systems
• Knowledge in software/database development, especially in PL/SQL, is desirable
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Analytical thinking and a strong sense of responsibility
