Senior Developer - C# & Angular – Digitizing Germany’s Legal System – Stuttgart - €85,000

As the German leader for government digitalisation, my client keeps breaking boundaries and pushing innovation within the German legislation, administration, educational, and medical sectors.

With their team of 70 highly qualified C#.NET developers & architects, they create complex abstract software products that use cutting-edge technology to revolutionise and modernise Germany’s public sectors.

Their most important product is a Document Management System used by 10,000 lawyers, judges, and assistants in Germany. They are seeking a strong C# Software Architect to help reach the goal of 100,000 users in the next 5 years. The team consists of 30 developers and 1 architect who actively work on modernizing and further developing the application.

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding abstract customer requirements and translating them into technical concepts.
2. Providing architectural support during the migration from .NET 4.8 & WCF to .NET 6, gRPC & SignalR.
3. Building an intuitive and sophisticated Angular front-end.
4. Assisting the team in containerizing and deploying the application on Kubernetes in private cloud environments and hyperscalers.
5. Playing an active role in shaping the development process and making key technological decisions.

Your Profile:

1. Several years of experience as a Software Architect using C#.NET in an agile environment.
2. Understanding of complex, abstract architectures and software solutions.
3. Ability to establish high-quality development processes and standards for colleagues to follow.
4. Willingness to delve deep into the customer’s domain, with proficiency in German and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
