The gross annual salary is between €82,500 and €85,400, depending on your qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Job description

Tasks

  • Managing project goals in terms of time, cost, quality and scope in accordance with applicable requirements
  • Building and leading interdisciplinary project teams, including within matrix organizations
  • Project and construction management of industrial plants, infrastructure and building projects
  • Cost tracking and monitoring throughout all phases of the project
  • Obtaining permits and communicating with authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Managing risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensuring efficient supplier and partner coordination
  • Applying and leveraging lessons learned to continuously improve processes

Requirements

  • Degree in civil engineering, engineering or construction project management
  • Several years of professional experience in project management and construction management, plus initial experience in project leadership
  • Proven experience in construction management of industrial plants, infrastructure or industrial buildings (required)
  • Experience with agile project management methods and knowledge of building and facility systems
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, SAP and ideally Google Workspace
  • Fluent German and English skills (min. C1 level in both)
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 8 trips per year, each around one week)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
  • CV in English required
