Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and meet sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distribution channels and strategic accounts.
  • Provide support, training, and consulting to battery distributors, retailers, and installers.
  • Represent BYD at industry events and forums.
  • Monitor and leverage local market trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and report regularly to management.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or customer account management experience in the new energy and power system industry.
  • Experience in project sales, especially international bidding projects; grid-side energy storage sales preferred.
  • Strong technical discussion and contract negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of Energy Storage is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Team player and resourceful.
  • Willing to travel frequently, including international travel.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
