As an Account Executive at LiveEO, you will be a key part of our team, helping us expand our customer base.

  • Drive LiveEO's international expansion by leveraging your start-up and scale-up experience to ensure our clients' growth and success.
  • Take full ownership of your territory: execute LiveEO’s sales strategy by planning and defining target accounts and personas, then launching an effective, value-based outreach strategy to identify projects, generate deals, and close customers.
  • Utilize your MEDDPICC and Value-Based Selling expertise to manage your sales pipeline, optimize conversion rates, and shorten sales cycles to exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to attract and engage customers.
  • Conduct impactful product demos and represent LiveEO at international conferences to inspire prospects and clients.
  • Support and guide customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high engagement and satisfaction.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, preferably in start-up and scale-up environments.
  • Proven success in Value-Based Selling, high deal conversion, and pipeline management with a methodical approach to territory planning.
  • Experience applying the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in driving internal collaboration and cross-functional selling within organizations.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently towards KPIs, even in a hybrid work setting.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in conferences and events to represent LiveEO.
  • Experience with complex, project-driven software products is a plus.
  • Background in selling to sustainability, compliance, or supply chain departments at large enterprises is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and surpass revenue targets.
