Graduate Mechanical Engineer – Berlin

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering to join a progressive and international MEP consultancy in Berlin. As part of our expanding Berlin team, you’ll work on a wide variety of high-profile projects across Germany and Europe, gaining hands-on experience and learning directly from industry leaders in sustainable building design.

As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle—from concept development and detailed design to construction and handover. Working alongside expert engineers, you’ll build a strong foundation in modern mechanical systems, digital design, and integrated building services.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a closely related discipline (CIBSE-accredited or equivalent preferred)
• A genuine interest in sustainable design and the built environment
• Familiarity with engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Excel, and thermal modelling software
• A collaborative mindset, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Fluency in English is required; German is advantageous but not essential
