Job Description:

DEKRA's Technology Center in Klettwitz specializes in automotive expertise, focusing on automated driving, exhaust and drive systems, passive safety, and high-voltage battery tests. The center employs over 200 professionals dedicated to safe and sustainable mobility.

Tasks:

1. Support homologation processes as a specialist in passive safety, providing project basis for the APAC customer site.
2. Harmonize and adapt test reports to updated regulations; develop content for new regulations.
3. Analyze new national and international regulations related to type approval/homologation in passive safety.
4. Maintain quality management systems, support laboratory audits according to ISO 17025, and monitor authorized stamps and expert scope.
5. Onboard new employees through audit processes.
6. Serve as an educator in training and education activities.
7. Assist in implementing new regulations and regulatory requirements in the APAC region.
8. Support international projects and develop new services in passive safety.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree with experience in passive safety and homologation.
• Knowledge of type-approval procedures for vehicles and components is desirable.
• Proficient in IT, especially MS Office.
• Fluent in German and business English.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
