One of the biggest challenges in healthcare is the heart rhythm disorder 'Atrial Fibrillation' (AFIB). AFIB is an irregular heartbeat that can lead to blood clots, stroke, heart failure, and other heart-related complications. Worldwide, 20 million people suffer from this condition annually, and this number is expected to increase by 70% by 2030. Johnson & Johnson, through its Cardiovascular division (Biosense Webster), is a global leader in diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders, addressing this challenge.

Position: Territory Manager (d/m/w) Biosense Webster - Region Mitte

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Acquire new customers and provide conceptual support to focus customers.
  • Take strategic responsibility for your territory, coordinating closely with regional sales leaders and clinical teams.
  • Motivate colleagues and yourself, turning 'No' into 'Yes' through persuasive work.
  • Achieve sales targets as per business plan.
  • Analyze territory and plan strategically for expansion and market share growth.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and regional leadership teams.
  • Report and record market data, procedures, and competition trends.
  • Participate in national/international trade shows and local symposia.
  • Handle administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

You are a persuasive and entrepreneurial sales personality with high self-motivation, strong communication skills, and strategic acumen. Additionally, you bring:

  • A successfully completed degree in business administration, ideally an MBA, with some experience in the healthcare industry.
  • High affinity for conceptual work and good analytical skills.
  • Excellent networking skills and a 'Can-Do' mentality.
  • Several years of successful sales experience in medical technology, preferably in electrophysiology/cardiology.
  • Strong team and communication skills, enjoyment in relationship management, and high customer orientation.
  • Knowledge of the German healthcare system (e.g., DRG).
  • Organizational skills, self-management, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility, motivation, and a desire for continuous development.
  • High technical affinity or interest in understanding complex technical contexts and discussing scientific studies.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (at least 80%) and fluent German and good English skills.
