We are hiring a Junior UX Designer for our Design Team. Junior UX Designers play a vital role in the success of Ubuntu, the Canonical developer experience, and our Infrastructure and Enterprise products. There is an expectation of growth to deliver outstanding UX experiences and to take ownership of your product’s design.
Our design team aims to transform complex, open-source software into efficient, intuitive products that can change how complex systems are built and expand open source capabilities for enterprise IT. We seek a talented and passionate user experience designer who shares our ambitions.
This role reports to a UX design manager and is based remotely in the EMEA region.
UX designers should be excellent communicators, comfortable working with engineers, designers, and executives. They must present their design positions clearly and be confident in tackling complex design challenges, aligning their leadership with the company's strategic vision.
