Transform yourself and take responsibilities for…
- Leading a team of 10+ technical support specialists, organizing tasks, assisting with escalations, and incorporating best practices in processes
- Contributing to team development strategy, including talent development and retention of key talents
- Analyzing the behavior of technical systems and guiding internal efforts to resolve customer issues
- Managing internal reports based on support tickets if required
- Participating in recruiting activities and conducting job interviews
- Assisting the Head of Department in managing and evaluating employee performance
- Actively participating in creating and leading process improvements and organizing trainings for Technical Support
- Building a positive reputation of the team and fostering good relationships with stakeholders such as Customer Care, Professional Services, and other departments
You are ready for your Transformation if you have…
- Previous experience leading a technical team, ideally in 2nd line technical support
- Advanced knowledge of web-based application configurations (HTTP/SOAP/REST/FTP)
- Strong technical skills (SQL, XML, XSL, JSON, CSV, MS Office)
- Knowledge of main Transporeon Modules and functionalities is an asset
- Fluent English and willingness to work in a multicultural environment
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills to create a positive, collaborative team environment
- Capability to manage multiple tasks, delegate responsibilities, and focus on critical objectives
