As our new Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in Crayon’s Channel Sales Team by growing our partner ecosystem and deepening relationships with existing partners. This role is a blend of business development and account management—focused on driving cloud adoption, improving partner retention, and delivering value-led solutions. You will be instrumental in accelerating market growth by identifying opportunities, promoting our service and vendor offerings, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support partner success.
Your responsibilities:
- Acquire new channel partners while building and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships
- Manage and report on a sales pipeline to meet quarterly targets, ensuring accurate CRM tracking
- Expand partner contacts and drive sales of Crayon’s services and vendor offerings
- Collaborate with business owners and internal departments to initiate sales-promoting activities
- Work closely with pre-sales, product, and cloud consultants to support partner success
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a channel partner-facing sales role, with a strong track record in both hunting and farming
- Hands-on experience working with Microsoft CSP and SPLA licensing model
- Familiarity with selling cloud services as well as traditional infrastructure licensing
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms, with preference for Microsoft Dynamics or Dynamics 365

- Strong communicator with clear, confident negotiation skills
- Skilled at translating technical concepts into relevant business insight
