Your mission

As a member of our Product Team, you will play a pivotal role in a visionary, dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector. Building on our Heartbeat AI Platform, our mission is to identify and deliver relevant Energy Services to our end customers across markets, offering #NewEnergy. Your insights will directly influence our strategy and shape the future of energy services in Europe.

In your role you will:

• Take ownership of market research efforts and share actionable insights with key stakeholders.
• Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis, contributing to market expansion and product innovation.
• Conduct competitor analysis to understand market dynamics and find areas for improvement and differentiation.
• Build and refine reporting systems to track key metrics and monitor market trends.
• Monitor electricity market developments, including prices, regulations, and installation rates, to stay ahead of industry shifts.
• Present findings through clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate across teams to align energy market strategies with business objectives, using data-driven insights.
• Contribute to shaping our product strategy by analyzing energy and ancillary service markets across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications include:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or similar, demonstrating strong research and analytical skills.
• Experience with energy sector data or related topics, applying analytical skills in this field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with eagerness to develop further.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and clear product requirements.
• Skills in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint for creating reports and presentations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects efficiently.
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written) for effective collaboration.
