AI Prompt Evaluator (Hebrew)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO company that is looking to recruit a Hebrew-speaking AI Prompt Evaluator to join their team in Essen.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Research, write, and edit short prompts, ensuring they are accurate, creative, and follow the brand's voice and style guidelines.
2. Develop smooth and logical conversation flows to create engaging and user-friendly interactions.
3. Contribute to enhancing the speech system by creating dialogues on a variety of topics, including sensitive or controversial subjects.
4. Review and analyze written content to ensure factual correctness and adherence to style standards.
5. Generate new prompt ideas and evaluate responses for clarity and relevance.
6. Ensure the tone of the content matches the brand's voice and resonates with the intended audience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native or fluent in Hebrew (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, and fluent in English (B2 level).
• EU passport holder with a valid work permit or residency.
• Excellent command of language grammar and style, ensuring prompts are clear, engaging, and well-crafted.
• Creative thinker capable of developing innovative prompts and scenarios that capture users' attention.
• Skilled at analyzing user data and feedback to refine prompts and improve conversation flows.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and present them clearly and effectively.
• Comfortable working with potentially sensitive or challenging content.
