Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

Job Description

Support and Training: Support and train project managers in tools and portfolio management procedures. Maintain data in the project server alongside project managers and resource responsible.

Process Implementation: Support the implementation of new processes for managing the Engineering Project Portfolio. Maintain tools and their customization with the IT department and external suppliers.

Tool Development and Routine Control: Ability to create additional tools for portfolio data handling. Perform routine controls such as data, workload, and cost object allocation.

Project Planning and Tracking: Oversee project planning, tracking project data, planning quality, deviation control, and updates.

Project Coordination and Reporting: Coordinate specific projects (e.g., Grid Code, New developments in CPS) and provide updates. Generate project reports.

Your Profile

- Degree in Engineering or Information Technology.

- Expertise in Project Planning and Controlling tools (MS Project, SAP), programming skills in reporting tools (SQL, MS Excel, PowerBI, SAP-BI, PowerPoint). Experience in project management, especially in international environments.

- Team player with clear, structured communication skills. Minimum 2 years of project management experience with MS Project. Proficient in MS Office, SQL, VBA, Power BI, SAP BI. Well-organized, creative problem-solver, familiar with working in a matrix organization. Excellent organizational skills.

- Fluent in English; Spanish and German are a plus.

- At least 2 years of experience.

- Willingness to travel.
