Job Description :

As a Financial Project Controller, you will be responsible for the efficient and reliable financial management of our projects within our German branch, ensuring compliance with internal and legal procedures.

Under the supervision of operational managers, your responsibilities will include monthly financial control, cost budget monitoring, estimation of Results at Date, branch reporting, and various other tasks related to financial control and daily accounting.

Responsibilities :

1. Monthly project closure.
2. Estimation of remaining costs in collaboration with operational managers.
3. Monitoring of project progress.
4. Monitoring of client invoicing.
5. Monitoring of project and branch cash flow.
6. Daily Accounting Relationship: Salary monitoring, branch corporate tax, inventory entries.
7. Activity Portfolio and News / Plan: Preparation and presentation of activity portfolios, financial progress points.
8. Management of an Administrative Apprentice and SAP commitments (creation and monitoring of purchase orders).
9. Verification of compliance and financial health of suppliers, updating comparative tables of purchase offers, and ensuring local implementation of group procedures.
10. Financial and Contractual Monitoring: Monitoring project guarantees, treasury, cash flow, client invoicing, payment requests, and supplier/subcontractor payments.
11. Contractual: Monitoring client and subcontractor contracts, implementation, and monitoring of insurance policies.
12. Location: Position based in Germany with occasional travel to France.

Profile Required :

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent.
2. Languages: Fluent English & French, knowledge of German is a plus.
3. Tools: Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
