Store Manager Responsibilities

1. Sales and Profit: Achieving store targets through driving sales and increasing profitability.
2. Customer Service: Delivering the highest level of customer service.
3. Store Operations: Ensuring smooth store operations.
4. Commerciality: Maintaining attractive merchandising and commercial standards.
5. Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, managing, and developing the team to achieve results.
6. Additional Skills: Ear piercing (full training provided).

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 to 2 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension.
• Knowledge of customer service importance.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically.
• Physical ability to stand during shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to perform bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, and assisting customers.
• Ability to operate POS systems.
