Your focus will be on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will actively shape the future of the company and contribute significantly to the success of our sales department!

Your tasks:

  • Develop and implement account strategies and manage a customer group or market.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and maintain existing partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends and competitive activities.
  • Conduct offer and contract negotiations and coordinate the acquisition process strategically and operationally.
  • Create sales reports and forecasts and ensure data quality in the CRM.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events to expand your network.

Necessary knowledge:

  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in international sales, ideally in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer requirements and develop suitable solutions.
  • High initiative, results orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • Language skills: English at least at level B2; knowledge of German is an advantage.

Desired knowledge:

  • Very good understanding of automotive value chains.
  • Affinity for business models in a digital context.
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a data-driven approach to managing sales processes.
  • Ability to work in international teams and support customers in different cultural contexts (intercultural competence).
