Your future team

Our Strategy advisory team is a key player in the Luxembourg market, recognized at the EMEA level. We provide clients with advice on their strategy, operations, processes, and systems. We deliver end-to-end solutions including the review of market positioning, business strategy, processes, controls, implementation of governance frameworks, and efficiency optimization programs, including the implementation of software packages for the Alternative Investment industries.

Deloitte is a key market player in the Alternative Investment industries with a client portfolio comprising many leading global fund managers.

What you will do

1. Participate in client engagement projects within the Alternatives Investment Management domain.
2. Create tailored deliverables to meet client requirements, managing work streams and team collaboration effectively.
3. Develop expertise in the Alternatives Investment Management industry to advise clients and enhance your professional reputation within Deloitte.
4. Optimize client performance through organizational, process, control, and technology transformation advisory.
5. Advise on organizational changes, process refinement, control strengthening, and technology transformation to improve client performance.
6. Guide junior consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to standards.
7. Build relationships with clients and support the development of new business opportunities.

Who you are

• A Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the Financial Services sector (Banking, Investment Management, or Wealth Management). Experience in Alternatives Investment Management and consulting in these industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of Alternatives Investment Management operations and/or regulatory frameworks, and the roles of various actors in the value chain.
• Proven experience in business or digital transformation (e.g., PMO, Business Analyst, Testing).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French or German; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
