Are you ready to take the next step in your IT security sales career? Our client, a trusted leader in digital identity and cybersecurity, is seeking a proactive and ambitious Account Manager to drive their customer engagement across Germany.
You’ll work with a portfolio of government agencies and commercial clients, delivering secure solutions that truly make a difference in today’s digital world.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage and grow relationships with key public and private sector clients
Design and implement tailored sales strategies and solutions
Collaborate closely with internal teams (tech, product, marketing)
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and meetings
Guide the full sales cycle — from first contact to final contract
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a sales, consulting or customer-facing role
Interest or knowledge in IT Security, PKI, digital signatures or secure infrastructure
Motivated and resilient mindset – ready to face challenges and learn fast
Strong communication and persuasive skills
CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce) + confident with MS Office tools
Fluent German (C1/C2), English a plus
Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally nearby countries (~30%)
