Job Title : Sales Director - Plant-Based Protein (Germany)

Location : Germany

Join a leading innovator in the food ingredients sector, dedicated to commercializing the plant-based protein market. My client is looking for a dynamic Sales Director to drive our growth and expansion in Germany.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the plant-based protein industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications :

• Proven track record of success in sales leadership within the food ingredients or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of the plant-based protein market and trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
