- Temporary for 12 months - as Specialist Talent Acquisition Europe (m/f/d)

1. Support Talent Acquisition processes across Birkenstock Europe, mainly focused on Retail and Entry Office roles.
2. Conduct initial and follow-up interviews via video call, telephone, or on-site.
3. Contribute to our European store expansion strategy and meet high-volume hiring targets for our summer peak.
4. Manage and improve the entire Talent Acquisition process for your vacancies and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
5. Serve as a point of contact regarding Talent Acquisition for Hiring Managers.
6. Support the Talent Acquisition team in operational tasks, such as scheduling interviews and handling ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications:

• You are enthusiastic about working with people and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Have relevant professional experience in international Talent Acquisition, ideally within the Retail landscape of an international fashion or lifestyle brand.
• Possess a confident and outgoing personality with an engaging and inspiring attitude.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are a team player with a proactive, hands-on mentality.
• Have good knowledge of MS-Office applications and SAP TA Management tools.
• Possess excellent German and English language skills; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
