Job Title

IT Administrator (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  1. Support on-call escalations and conduct root cause analysis.
  2. Resolve tickets independently within SLA guidelines.
  3. Maintain quality standards, regulatory compliance, and company policies.
  4. Engage in knowledge base updates, training, and coaching.
  5. Ensure positive customer experience and high CSAT scores.
  6. Support escalated hardware, software, and application issues.
  7. Perform fault diagnosis, repair, and resolution for break-fix issues.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  9. Provide second-level support for unresolved issues.
  10. Manage assets through cycle counts and support related functions.
  11. Support VIP and priority users, adhering to SLA requirements.
  12. Support Windows, Active Directory, MS Office 365, and antivirus solutions.
  13. Troubleshoot Mac devices and third-party issues as per scope.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in forecasting, purchase processes, and catalog management.
  • Experience in IMACs lifecycle, including software installation, system handover, disposal, or stocking, and database updates.
  • Ability to work in complex, flexible environments requiring teamwork.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ and MCP preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years in desktop support and asset management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership ability, SLA management, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
  • Proven relationship-building and customer management skills.
