Your responsibilities

• Creating and managing schedules, including material requirements planning and capacity planning
• Preparing work plans and defining work processes based on production specifications, design, and project planning documents
• Calculating necessary production and setup times
• Controlling and optimizing production techniques and processes
• Tracking production orders, analyzing deadline deviations, and preparing progress reports
• Maintaining technical data in the ERP system as a key user
• Planning and managing operational resources
• Providing advice to development, design, project management, purchasing, and logistics departments as needed

Candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman
• Initial experience in a technical environment
• Ideally, experience in scheduling, capacity planning, work time determination (REFA / MTM), process management, and ERP systems such as SAP
• Proficiency in written and spoken German
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility and resilience under pressure
