In our modern medical laboratory with high scientific standards, we are seeking to fill the position of Head of the Informatics Department and establish an independent, integrative laboratory management software system.

We are looking for the next possible start date for a Software Developer with expertise in 1990s / 2000s technologies:

• Development and maintenance of software solutions based on 1990s technologies
• Collaboration with other developers and specialist departments to optimize existing systems
• Carrying out code reviews and ensuring the quality of the code
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of existing applications
• Participation in planning and designing updates and migrations

Your profile :

• Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in software development, especially with technologies from the 1990s
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Visual Basic, or similar
• Experience with databases like dBase, FoxPro, or early SQL versions
• Familiarity with operating systems such as MSDOS, Windows 3.1 / 95, or Unix
