Lead Software Security Architect

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, guide, and continuously enhance secure software development practices, including creation of internal security guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and threat modelling throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage and implement SAST / DAST tools and ensure their integration into CI / CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed secure coding practices, particularly in areas such as encryption, authentication, and API security.
• Act as a hands-on advisor to technical teams on implementing security measures and resolving challenges related to secure architecture.
• Support and prepare responses for internal and external audits; drive remediation plans for identified risks.
• Champion a culture of security awareness and contribute to secure operations across teams.

Requirements :

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related STEM field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software security architecture, preferably within complex or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with secure web application development in Go or Rust, and securing containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Skilled in threat analysis and frameworks such as STRIDE.
• Familiar with standards such as OWASP SAMM / ASVS, ISO 27000 series, or Common Criteria.
• Experience in critical infrastructure, government-level, or financial systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
