Role Overview
The Senior Pricing & Strategy Analyst for the TAVR business unit will play a pivotal role in implementing pricing initiatives and supporting strategic decisions through analyses, market intelligence, and insights to maintain a leadership position in the TAVR field.
This role, covering the EU region, is part of the Business Strategy & Operations team and collaborates with marketing, sales, finance, and bids and tenders functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing pricing strategies within the EU region for current products and new launches, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create pricing forecasts and models with sales, finance, and other teams to monitor trends and key indicators; present findings regularly to decision-makers.
- Support business case development considering product strategy and specific country contexts; assist in pricing negotiations and contract renewals.
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing governance and reporting; contribute to developing and implementing new tools and processes.
- Develop analytical tools and templates for retrospective and prospective pricing analyses.
- Collaborate on market intelligence activities, utilizing internal data and external vendors.
- Analyze market trends from various sources, including reports, primary research, and competitive intelligence.
- Participate in the annual strategic planning process, integrating research findings and developing new concepts and standards.
- Assist in preparing quarterly earnings calls related to competition, pricing, and trends.
Education and Experience
Master’s Degree in marketing, economics, science, engineering, finance, statistics, or related field; minimum of 4 years in analytical, marketing, business strategy, or consulting roles.
