Product Manager- ADAS & Automotive Simulation (m/w/d)

What's the role?

This team manages the portfolio of products and services used in driver assistance and autonomous driving vehicles. The scope includes data for driver assistance solutions and centimeter-accurate lane data & services for hands-free driving. The team also develops immersive in-car use cases and software products to showcase driver assistance benefits. Responsibilities include creating new offerings from ideation to market, involving partners and customers to capture market needs. The vision is to make autonomous driving accessible worldwide.

Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end product responsibility for location-based software targeting automotive simulation, focusing on ADAS and AD.
2. Prioritize features based on industry trends, customer needs, and competition.
3. Develop partnerships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, AV startups, and research institutions.
4. Drive innovation in digital twins, reinforcement learning, and virtual testing environments.
5. Manage a product portfolio that fosters innovation for virtual workbenches and digital twins.
6. Collaborate with engineering to optimize simulation accuracy, efficiency, and usability for AI/ML.
7. Coordinate with regulatory teams to meet AV safety standards, including UNECE NATM, EU Regulation 2022/1426.
8. Stay updated on emerging automotive software technologies and trends.

Who are you?

1. 5+ years in product management, ideally in automotive simulation, AV development, or AI/ML software.
2. Strong background in simulation tools, sensor modeling, and virtual testing for AVs.
3. 3+ years leading complex products, programs, or projects.
4. Expertise in automotive simulation (mandatory).
5. Knowledge of AI, machine learning, digital twins, and synthetic data.
6. Deep understanding of the ADAS/AD market.
7. Proven track record in delivering complex solutions.
8. Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
