Responsibilities

Join our Quality Assurance & Control DevOps team within the Digitalization of Production & Technology department. Be part of our journey to manage our application portfolio for our global stakeholder community. Our goal is to support divisions in complying with regulatory and legal requirements, and to enhance administrative, production, and logistics processes for greater effectiveness and efficiency.

• Work within a DevOps organization, collaborating regularly with consultants from SAP, Business Process Integration, and other areas. You will connect new site locations from planning to implementation.
• Develop and manage data pipelines to integrate plant laboratory instruments, ensuring BASF standard instrument connections and integration with SAP / QM.
• Lead the integration of new analytical devices from concept to implementation, working closely with laboratory heads and technicians.
• Support tests of analytical devices to SAP / QM, including direct lab support, and participate in GO LIVE activities such as training and support.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or information technology, with experience in Lab Automation and Analytical Devices.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain processes, change management, and experience in process and data modeling.
• Ideally, experience with SAP / QM and proficiency with tools like SAP R / 3, S / 4 Hana, and SAP / QM.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and tools like Azure DevOps for efficient collaboration and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German, demonstrating effective teamwork.
• Creative, motivated, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
