Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable enterprise search solutions that efficiently handle large data volumes.
• Integrate search technologies into existing enterprise systems and optimize their interaction.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to develop tailored solutions.
• Ensure the search infrastructure remains secure, high-performing, and scalable.
• Evaluate and incorporate new technologies and best practices in enterprise search.
• Develop algorithms to improve the relevance and accuracy of search results.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Practical experience with enterprise search technologies such as Apache Solr, Elasticsearch, SINEQUA, iFinder, Mindbreeze, Lucidworks, Google, Azure AI Search, etc.
• Programming skills and familiarity with modern UI frameworks.
• Experience with cloud solutions like Google Cloud, Amazon AWS, or Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Interest and experience in search solutions for large enterprise environments.
• Excellent German and good English language skills for effective communication.
