Quality Engineer (f / m / d) - For Dynamic Services

For our European location in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a:

Quality Engineer (f / m / d) for Dynamic Services

with a driver’s license valid in Germany

As a Quality Engineer (f / m / d) for Dynamic Services, your main responsibilities include performing quality tests and management on overall navigation software, and guaranteeing the quality of Genesis, Hyundai, and Kia’s navigation system software by implementing customer quality requirements in Europe. You will work closely with the Korean headquarters and internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating between content providers and HQ
• Creating test cases and test scenarios
• Finding bugs and uploading issues into the issue tracking system
• Preparing quality monitoring / validation plans and making quality reports
• Handling navigation-related VOCs from the European market and Russia
• Managing external testing companies in outsourcing projects
• Participating in official quality events (auditing and yearly updates)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of electronics and vehicle networked systems
• Ability to troubleshoot navigation issues
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills, with self-motivation
• Ability to work in a multi-functional environment
• Driver’s license valid in Germany
• Very good English skills
• Korean and German language skills are a plus
