Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will focus on flagship central bank digital currencies (CBDC) and digital asset projects with top-tier capital market clients, helping them transform their businesses and discover new value creation methods.

You will co-create customized solutions using cutting-edge blockchain and distributed ledger technologies, aiming to increase revenues for our clients and for us.

You will coordinate multiple teams on complex client engagements and early adoption projects, evaluate business cases, formulate approaches, propose technology solutions, and assess risks.

Within the Accenture Technology division, part of the Multiparty Systems Practice, you will lead and manage your own team in an agile, dynamic environment, guiding and mentoring team members.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree, apprenticeship, or vocational training in IT or finance, with focus on the other (e.g., financial informatics, economics & computer science, banking & coding, software engineering & business administration).
• Understanding of capital markets, including investment banking, asset management, trading, and risk management.
• Familiarity with financial products, trading platforms, regulations, and industry trends.
• Knowledge of technology concepts and infrastructure in capital markets, such as OMS, market data, and risk management systems, is a plus.
• Several years of IT management experience, preferably in finance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills; a lifelong learner who enjoys solving client-specific challenges.
• Fluent in German and English.
