Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Setting and implementing strategic plans to address customer needs, working on key client projects, closing deals on time, and forecasting.
- Building a comprehensive approach to Axway customers, including Sales, Services, Presales, and Support.
- Achieving quarterly and yearly revenue targets for Cloud, License, and Services.
- Signing new logos and generating new opportunities through developing a solid partner ecosystem and marketing initiatives.
Customer Relationships
- Become a trusted adviser to key executives within the account.
- Bring a vision into the accounts, meet with executives, and contribute to customer digital transformation.
- Leverage insights on business issues and industry trends.
- Build a network of stakeholders at all levels and establish strong & sustainable relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop a strong customer satisfaction culture.
- Qualify the landscape of partners within the account, including software vendors and other technology vendors.
Partner Relationships
- Create and maintain productive relationships with key partners in the territory.
- Collaborate with partners to create and review joint pipelines and establish success plans for deals.
Qualifications
- Strong, dynamic, determined, and customer-oriented personality with endurance.
- Strong general business knowledge (industry trends, enterprise organization, departmental roles, etc.).
- Proven ability to achieve revenue goals with rigor and measurable indicators.
- Ability to lead sales efforts, motivate, and engage presales, services, marketing, partner, and support teams.
- Experience working with a large ecosystem of partners and ISVs.
- Enjoy working with trust and autonomy, with a high sense of ethics and responsibility.
- Capacity for teamwork and inspiring positive behaviors.
- Degree or equivalent: Master in business administration, Engineering, Business Informatics, or similar.
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B Software Solution Sales to Large Enterprises.
- Experience in on-premise & Cloud/SaaS software solutions sales, ERP, and business applications and/or Middleware sector.
- Native German speaker & good English skills.
