Responsibilities

  • Independently prepare payroll for a defined group of employees, considering tax, social security, and labor law regulations.
  • Handle all personnel administration from onboarding to exit.
  • Record, create, and manage personnel master data.
  • Draft contracts, certificates, etc.
  • Correspond with health insurance providers, authorities, and agencies.
  • Manage reporting and certification processes.
  • Handle projects independently.

Profile

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification as a personnel specialist.
  • Extensive professional experience in a similar role within an international industrial company.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law.
  • Solid experience with SAP and excellent MS Office skills.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, social competence, assertiveness, and team orientation.
  • Good command of English.
