Account Manager, Fulfilment by Amazon (German) (m / w / d)

Role Overview:

As an Account Manager (m / f / d), you will assist Sellers in launching on Fulfilment by Amazon and support them in accelerating their business with our logistic solutions. Your responsibilities include analyzing existing processes, working on improvements—especially focusing on Seller satisfaction—and collaborating with international teams to implement measures that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide competent support to Sellers as a central contact in a time-limited account management approach.
2. Monitor your portfolio's success through detailed evaluations.
3. Participate proactively in trainings, webinars, and conferences.
4. Collaborate with central teams (logistics, marketing) to review Seller experience and develop improvement measures.
5. Analyze weekly data to evaluate and optimize the success of the 'Fulfilment by Amazon' program.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Native level fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Customer-oriented with a sense for new trends.
• Willingness to make decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of databases and CRM tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven track record in client relationship management and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in business reviews and stakeholder management.
• Background in e-commerce or retail is advantageous.
• Experience with databases, SQL, and CRM tools is a plus.
