Our ERP-software is called ‘Miles’ and is meant for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. It’s an end-to-end solution encompassing front-, mid- and back-office functions that can be extensively customized to the customers’ needs. Our customers are leasing and finance companies, and mobility management companies in the automotive sector.
The implementation projects have a duration that ranges between 6 months and 3 years, with a budget of ca. Eur 800K - Eur 4M and a multi-disciplinary project team of 4-12 team members.
Manage one or more implementation projects, depending on their size.
With your team, establish and achieve objectives, balancing the demands for quality and scope within time and budget.
Organize and manage communication streams and reporting internally and externally.
You will manage the implementation of a new project or the implementation of features on an existing account for continuous improvement.

You have excellent organization and planning skills and can maintain an overview of different phases, managing the implementation of various modules simultaneously.
A strong commercial awareness is important. You ensure that proposed solutions add value for the customer and Sofico, considering the concerns and expectations of stakeholders.
You are a people manager and coach: you succeed in motivating your team and keeping each project member engaged throughout the project.
Because of your excellent communication skills, you can effectively convey project and technical information, providing comprehensive recommendations.
You possess strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship management and influencing skills; managing difficult situations is not a problem for you.
