Requirements and Tasks:

• Design, revise, and improve scheduling and workflows for construction execution in close collaboration with all project stakeholders
• Create detailed takt plans and continuously update existing schedules
• Monitor and analyze deviations between planned and actual progress in coordination with project managers
• Oversee construction for specific trades at JVA Münster
• Coordinate and technically lead the involved subcontractors during the project
