Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for the calculation software in the area of component solutions and modernization.
- Act as an interface between the departments of Sales, Engineering, Production, and IT to gather and process requirements and define implementable solutions.
- Analyze, economically evaluate, and prioritize requirements from specialist departments, including feasibility assessments.
- Plan projects and milestones, including risk management and the creation of test plans within update cycles, as well as coordination with specialist departments.
- Analyze and define specifications for the further development of the user interface and user experience design.
- Provide support to internal and external users regarding technical questions and content-related issues.
Professional and Personal Requirements
- Successfully completed technical or business-related training, e.g., as a technician, business administrator, industrial engineer (m/f/d), or equivalent.
- Several years of experience as a project manager preferred, with solid knowledge of project management, including agile project management methods.
- Proficient IT skills, e.g., in MS Office, SharePoint, and Easy Redmine.
- Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking, and a structured approach to work.
- High degree of initiative and social competence.
- Desirable: product knowledge and technical understanding specific to elevators.
- Openness to technical innovations and changes.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
