The Challenge

We are currently looking for an Account Manager Agency (m/f/d) to support our Agency Liaison Team. Are you creative, a strong communicator in German and English, and eager to explore new opportunities at coliquio? As part of a small team, you will play a key role in collaborating with our agency partners. You will have the chance to contribute to the development and expansion of a vital business area and shape its future with your ideas:

  1. You will manage and develop our agencies (mainly media, creative, and omnichannel agencies) to elevate our collaboration to the next level.
  2. You will convincingly present our solutions, even to new partners, and build long-term, trustworthy relationships.
  3. You will monitor and manage budgets for your focus accounts and track their development.
  4. You will identify needs and sales potential to develop strategies aligned with our corporate goals.
  5. You will collaborate with the Agency Liaison Team and relevant stakeholders such as Marketing, Commercial Product, or Sales to implement your ideas.
  6. You will help establish structures for the Agency Liaison Team to streamline collaboration and improve processes.

Your Potential

  1. You have several years of experience in project and account management and enjoy direct contact with clients.
  2. You are fluent in German and have at least B2 level English skills.
  3. Ideally, you have worked with or within agencies, preferably media agencies, and possess industry knowledge.
  4. You proactively contribute ideas and work independently to implement them.
  5. You know how to identify and develop new partnerships and prospects successfully.
  6. You prefer working in a small, agile team with short decision-making processes and a results-oriented approach.
  7. You are eager to break routine processes and actively contribute to shaping and creating new initiatives.
