1. Culinary Responsibility: Develop creative and high-quality food concepts
2. Team Leadership & Motivation: Support and develop team members
3. Operational Presence: Actively participate in daily operations and ensure smooth processes
4. Inventory & Costing: Monitor food costs, orders, and profitability
5. Collaboration with Service: Ensure harmonious cooperation between kitchen and service teams
6. Hygiene & Quality Standards: Adhere to legal requirements and internal standards

Requirements:

1. Completed apprenticeship as a cook, with several years of professional experience in the kitchen and team leadership
2. Understanding of numbers, processes, and optimization potential
3. Motivating and structured work style to lead the kitchen team
4. Passion for cooking — creativity, quality awareness, and attention to detail
5. Collaborative approach with kitchen, service, and management teams
