Reporting Manager:in

Your tasks:

• Develop target picture for International Programmes (IP) reporting framework
• Enhance reporting within HDI Global to support Lines of Businesses and branches to steer IP business
• Facilitate understanding of IP data to improve transparency and ensure the dialogue between stakeholders
• Monitor and communicate findings around IP business to provide strategic advice and facilitate decision-making
• Engage closely with various teams (like data, finance, market management) to deliver valuable insights
• Play an active role in the future direction of the business model for International Programmes

Your profile:

• Succesfully completed university degree in business, controlling/finance or comparable qualification
• Finance professional ideally with knowledge of international insurance business
• Passion for data analytics and advanced, state-of-the-art reporting technologies
• Curiosity and growth mindset: Willing to learn and grow in your new role
• Responsible team player engaging well with others in an international and diverse team and sharing insights
• Courage: Willing to tackle challenges with a strategic approach engaging with management on strategy
• Simplifying complex data: You can make complex information easy to understand
• Fluent English skills, German skills preferably
