Teamlead Operations Department (m/f/d)

We continue to grow and are looking for a new member to strengthen our Operations Team. We are hiring a Teamlead Operations (m / f / d) for our headquarters at Frankfurt international airport in Frankfurt am Main.

Responsibilities:

• Operations Strategy & Execution: Develop & implement a scalable, data-driven roadmap aligned with growth goals and customer needs.
• Process Optimization: Design & execute workflows to enhance productivity, quality & cost efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Scaling: Build, mentor & grow a high-performing international operations team in logistics, warehousing & customer service.
• Vendor Management: Maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring SLAs, KPIs & operational excellence.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize KPIs to boost efficiency, customer experience & on-time delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean, Six Sigma & automation to streamline operations & reduce costs.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure top standards in workplace safety, customs & supply chain compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (or equivalent vocational training).
• 8+ years of experience in aviation, air cargo, or logistics, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Expertise in process optimization, operational scaling, and cost reduction - Six Sigma certification is a strong plus!
• High ownership mentality with the ability to operate autonomously, solve problems proactively, and drive results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data modeling, and statistical tools.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and logistics software; quick to adapt to new technologies.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1).
