With our YouTube channel "Data Science Institute - Fabian Rappert", we reach over 50,000 subscribers in German-speaking countries and are a leading platform for data & AI.

Our goal is not just to impart knowledge but to spark enthusiasm for technology & transformation.

We are looking for a product-driven, technology-oriented manager to lead a young team and rethink education.

Tasks

As Head of Product, you will be responsible for the development, quality, and innovation of our training programs.

You will lead the product team, develop new formats, structure processes, and ensure our brand remains loved, recommended, and effective.

You will collaborate closely with our CEO, Sales Lead, and Marketing Lead, serving as the central figure between vision, team, and learners.

• Build and lead a small, strong product team
• Develop new learning formats & curricula (data, AI, business)
• Implement feedback & quality systems (e.g., NPS, participant feedback, learning objectives)
• Work with freelancers, sales, support & marketing
• Contribute to content initiatives (YouTube, thought leadership, blog)
• Structure & develop our learning platform continuously
• If desired, showcase your expertise as a content partner or create your own formats

Qualifications

• Experience in data science / machine learning
• Product responsibility experience in education / tech is a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Good content sense and scalability
• Open, solution-oriented, and pragmatic approach
• Confident communication in German (at least C1 level)

Nice to have:

• Experience with state-funded training formats (e.g., AVGS, AZAV, BGS)
• Didactic sensitivity or learning psychology knowledge
• Content creation or PR experience (e.g., YouTube, speaking, blog)
• 30 hours/week (full salary), 5 days
