Manager – Life Sciences - Strategy Consulting Company

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead comprehensive consulting projects including strategy development, market entry, commercial due diligence, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
• Drive robust analyses to identify critical insights and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and present compelling strategic content for senior client stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and successful project outcomes.
• Foster trusted relationships with clients, becoming a valued advisor to senior executives.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (MBA, PhD) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Business, or related fields strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience within consulting in the Life Sciences or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities, complemented by exceptional strategic and business acumen.
• Wingless to relocate to Germany.
