Job Description

Qualifications

• Master's degree and relevant professional qualifications in behavioural sciences, psychology, human resources, or related fields.
• Experience in Talent & Performance Management, with international exposure.
• Proven ability to improve processes, analyze KPIs, and translate insights into actionable plans within a global matrix environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Enthusiastic team player with analytical skills, assertiveness, and a hands-on approach.
• High intercultural sensitivity and excellent English proficiency (business fluent).
